The main store, winery, restaurant, chapel, and vineyard of St. Cousair are located on a hill with a beautiful view in the town of Iizuna in northern Nagano Prefecture.
The vineyard grows mainly Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, and Pinot Noir, and wine is made from grapes grown in the company’s own vineyards. Tours of the vineyards and the winery are available.
In the winery restaurant, visitors can enjoy locally sourced food and wine with a view of the peaceful landscape of vineyards and rice paddies.
In the store, you will find a wide selection of Sanxer wines, ciders, jams, and pasta sauces made on the hill, as well as many other “goodies” from around the region selected by buyers, offering a wide range of culinary delights from Japan and the West.
